This petition challenges the order dated 03/06/2014 by which the interim maintenance has been denied to the petitioner. It is reported that the evidence of the petitioner (cross-examination) is being recorded in the main petition. In these circumstances, it is not necessary to entertain the present petition. However, it would be appropriate if directions are issued to the Family Court at Bandra to dispose of Petition No.A-1272 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of six months from the date of production of authenticated copy of this order. Further, it is required to be clarified that the Family Court, in dealing with the main petition, shall
2 WP 9180-14.doc-P-6 not permit itself to be influenced by any observations made in the impugned order as well as the factum of non-entertainment of the present petition. The main petition to be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.

With the following observations, the present petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.
