This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.I-63 of 2018, dated 22nd February, 2018, registered with Naupada Police Station, District - Thane, for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 25th July, 2018, interim protection was granted to the applicant. Subsequently, by order dated 8th August, 2018, the applicant was permitted to deposit sum of

rpa 2/3 925-aba-1472-18.doc Rs.11,50,000/- by way of Demand Draft in the Registry of this Court, within two weeks. The time to deposit was exte4nded by order dated 29th August, 2018. Subsequently, time was again extended by one week. At that time, it was submitted that the Demand Draft is ready and the applicants are willing to deposit the same immediately. It is submitted that the amount has been deposited in accordance with the orders passed by this Court. Since the applicants have deposited the amount in accordance with earlier orders passed by this Court, interim order dated 25th July,2 018, deserves to be confirmed. Hence, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No.1472 of 2018 is allowed;

(ii) Interim order dated 25th July, 2018, stands confirmed;

(iii) In the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with C.R.No.I-63 of 2018, dated

rpa 3/3 925-aba-1472-18.doc 22nd February, 2018, registered with Naupada Police Station, District-Thane, they shall be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/-, each with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(iv) Applicants shall not tamper with the evidence and not to pressurize the prosecution witnesses;

(v) Anticipatory Bail Application No.1472 of 2018 and Criminal Application No.1080 of 2018 both stand disposed of.
