By this Application, the Applicant seeks modification of the Order dated 22.09.2014, in particular Clause (iii) of para 5 of the said order. The condition of which modification is sought reads thus :- "(iii) After availing the bail, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, till the conclusion of the trial."

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant has been attending the concerned police station on every Monday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon as directed vide Order dated 22.09.2014.

Learned APP does not dispute the same.

It appears that the trial has already commenced, inasmuch as, charge has been framed and one witness has been examined till date. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant will attend the trial Court on every date of hearing.

Considering the aforesaid, the condition imposed vide Order dated 22.09.2014, in particular, Clause (iii) of the said order is modified/relaxed. The Applicant is, now, not required to attend the concerned police station.

Rest of the conditions to remain as it is. The Applicant shall, however, continue to attend the trial Court on every date of hearing.
