Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the first Respondent and the learned AGP for the second to fourth Respondents. 2.

Shri R.I. Gavandi, Inspector of Legal Metrology, Bhosari Division, District Pune is present in the Court. He states that the notices dated 23 rd June, 2014 and 11 th July, 2014 (Exhibits 'C' and 'E'

respectively) are show cause notices. He states that after giving an

wp-8372.14 opportunity of personal hearing to the Petitioners, he will pass appropriate orders on both the show cause notices within a period of six weeks from today. We accept the said statement made by Shri R.I. Gavandi. Hence, at this stage, it is not necessary for this Court to go into the merits of the controversy raised in this Petition. By accepting the aforesaid statement, the Petition is disposed of. 3.

We direct that the copies of the orders passed on both the show cause notices shall be served to first Petitioner. 4.

In the event, the orders passed on the show cause notices be adverse to the Petitioners, the same shall not be acted upon for a period of four weeks from the date on which the orders are communicated to the first Petitioner.
