This is an application by the Applicant/State seeking a stay of the impugned judgment and award dated 30/01/2018 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag (Reference Court) in by HUSENBASHA RAHAMAN NADAF Date: 2024.02.01 11:21:13 +0530 L.A.R. No. 203 of 2016.

The learned AGP states that the entire amount under the impugned judgment and award has been deposited in the Reference Court and places on record the communication dated 17/10/2022 in support thereof.

Since the amount is deposited, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). The aforesaid impugned judgment and award is stayed during the pendency of the First Appeal. 4.
