I have perused the letter dated 6th October,2016 addressed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik to the Registrar General of this Court for seeking extension of time to dispose of the Special Civil Suit No.539 of 2013 by two years. A perusal of the said letter indicates that the parties are not cooperating with the learned Civil Judge in disposal of the suit within time. 2.
Both the parties are directed to co-operate with each other and with the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik in expeditious disposal of the suit. Learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to any of the party and shall decide the suit expeditiously. Time to dispose of the suit is extended by two years from today. Learned trial judge shall make an endevour to dispose of the suit within the extended period.
