In view of the order dated 21 December 2021, the Registry to register the proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 as Suo Moto Contempt Petition. The notice is already served on the Applicants.

The learned Counsel for Applicants states that the Applicants will remain present in the Court on the next Thursday, i.e., 21 July 2022 at 2:30 p.m.

As regards the prayer for quashing of the proceedings is concerned, it is already stated in the earlier orders that the exercise of Dinesh Sherla 1/2

The Criminal Application is accordingly dismissed. 5.

The proceedings will continue as Suo Moto Contempt Petition arising from the earlier orders passed by this Court to be placed on board on 21 July 2022 at 2:30 P.M.
