Heard Mr. Onkar Gawde, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. Satish Raut, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents.

Both the learned counsel state that the dispute between the parties has been resolved and accordingly Consent Terms are executed. The Consent Terms bears signature of PetitionerRukmini Chandrakant Kumbhar, Respondent No.2-Asha Raghunath Kumbhar and Respondent No.3-Shaila Shankar Kumbhar. The Consent Terms also bears left thumb impression of Respondent No.1-Smt. Sitabai Ramchandra Kalamkar. The Consent Terms are also signed by learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the 1/2

16-wp-9665-2023.doc Sonali Respondent Nos. 1 to 3. They identify the respective signatures of the Petitioner, Respondent No.2, Respondent No.3. Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 also identifies the thumb impression of the Respondent No.1.

The Petitioner and the Respondents are personally present in the Court. Photocopies of their Aadhar Cards are also annexed to the Consent Terms. The Petitioner and Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, who are present in Court state that the dispute between them is settled in accordance with the Consent Terms.

The Petitioner and the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 state that their respective Advocates have explained to them the Consent Terms in vernacular.

Accordingly, the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.

7.
