By order dated 22nd June, 2018, the applicant was directed to be released on bail by executing PR Bond with one or two sureties in the like amount. Applicant is also directed to deposit an amount of Rs.1,80,000/- before the trial Court within four weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that direction to deposit the amount has been complied by depositing the amount before trial Court.

The applicant has preferred this application for modification
Sknair 506-appr-373-18.odt of order dated 22nd June, 2018. It is submitted that applicant No.2 is aged about 67 years and during pendency of the proceedings before the trial Court, he was released on furnishing PR Bond of Rs.15000/-. The wife of the applicant No.2 stood surety for him. It is submitted that it is not possible for him to comply the order of this Court as he is not in a position to arrange solvency certificate for furnishing surety. It is therefore prayed that applicant be released on PR Bond of Rs.15,000/-.

In the circumstances, the order dated 22nd June, 2018 is modified to the extent that the applicant No.2 is directed to be released on bail by executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount. The wife of applicant No.2 is permitted to stand surety with fresh bond.

Application stands disposed off.
