This Application is filed for condonation of delay of 10 days in filing the Appeal. Applicant Insurance Company has filed the Appeal for challenging the Judgment and Order dated 30th April 2015 passed by Commissioner for Employee's compensation and Judge, fourth Labour Court, Mumbai in Application (WCA) No. 565/C-133/2013.

Learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant states that as per order dated 13th March 2019 passed in this Application, entire amount of compensation is already deposited.

As per the office remark, notice is served upon the Respondents. There is no affidavit-in-reply filed to oppose this Application. None appears today on behalf of Respondents.

In view of the reasons stated in paragraph no. 5 of the Application, Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus: "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 10 days in filing the Appeal."
