This Interim Application is for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.719/2016, which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 10.7.2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant does not press this application for restoration of the Petition. Her request is for clarification that dismissal of the Petition shall not come in the way of the Applicant to argue his case before the trial Court. Her other request is that the trial Court be directed to Deshmane(PS)

Therefore, this Interim Application is allowed to be withdrawn as not pressed. The trial Court is directed to complete the proceedings within a period of four months from today. All contentions of both the parties are left open. The Trial Court shall not be influenced by the fact that Criminal Writ Petition No.719/2016 was dismissed for nonprosecution. 4.
