Having heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondent -State, we deem it convenient to dispose of the petition by directing Respondent No.1-State to decide Petitioners' application /proposal of June, 2014 for grant of approval under clause (b) of sub-section (1) under section 36A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, copy Megha 1/2
p_wp_9483_2016.doc of which is annexed at Exh.A, as expeditiously as possible and preferrably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order and thereafter communicate the same to the Petitioners. Ordered accordingly.

The Petitioners shall remain present before the Respondent No.1-State on 29.8.2016 at 11.00 a.m. alongwith the copy of this order and copy of the said application /proposal.

Needless to mention that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and Respondent No.1-State shall decide the said application /proposal on its own merit.
