This civil application is for recall of a self-operative rejection order passed by Registrar (Judicial-I) in the writ petition. The rejection was on account of non-removal of office objections. There is a delay in taking out the present civil application. The delay is explained in the civil application. For the reasons stated, the delay is condoned and the self-operative order of rejection passed by Registrar (Judicial-I) on 3 April 2018 is recalled and set aside and the writ petition is restored to file. The Petitioners may now remove the office objections within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the writ petition shall stand rejected without reference to this Court in accordance with the applicable Appellate Side Rules.
