Learned APP on instructions from Senior Inspector of Police Aarey Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, in MCOC Special Case No. 356 of 2020, prosecution as of today has examined two witnesses and recording of evidence of balance 50 witnesses is yet to be remained. 2.

She further on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Prison, submitted that, up to 24th November, 2022, Petitioner was either produced personally or through Video-Conferencing before the Trial Court for hearing.

In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner in the present Petition as of today does not survive and the Petition is accordingly disposed off.
