DATED : 17th AUGUST 2022 P.C:- The learned App state that the applicant shall served with a notice u/s.41A of Cr.P.C, since the subject C.R invoked Sections 498A, 323, 406 r/w Section 34 IPC and the applicant has rendered his co-operation. The Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court, specifically make a statement that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary in view of the co-operation rendered by him pursuant to a notice issued. O R D E R
(a) In the event of his arrest, the Applicant - Dhiraj Ramesh Solanki in connection of C.R.No.267/2022 registered with Meghwadi police station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.
(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.
(c) The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer as and when called.
