We are satisfied with the progress report concerning construction of the building at Panaji in Goa. The construction is as per the bar 1/2
(901) WP 8306-15 chart. Recording so, we direct that the file need not be placed before the Division Bench for monitoring the progress in terms of the decision dated 08.09.2015.

However, if there is any obstruction or delay attributable to a third party or the contractor, the State of Goa would immediately bring said obstruction to the notice of this Court by filing an application in the Writ Petition.

The Registry of this Court, which is monitoring the construction, would also be permitted to file an application on the judicial side. 4.
