Heard the learned AGP for the applicants. The prayer is for recall of the order passed by this Court by which contempt notice was ordered to be issued to the Taluka Inspector of Land Records, Thane. The contention of the applicants is that relevant orders were not communicated to the office of the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Thane. It records that compliance has been made in May, 2014. Reliance is placed on the letter dated 1/2

22) ca2422-10 6th May, 2014 addressed by the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Thane to the office of the Government Pleader, High Court (Appellate Side). A copy of the letter is annexed to the Civil Application at Annexure Exhibit-3. We accept the statements made in the application. In view of the statements, the contempt notice issued under the order dated 3rd August, 2015 is hereby discharged. The Civil Application is disposed of. 2.

We direct the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Thane to provide copies of the annexures to the letter at Exhibit-3 to the Advocates representing the parties to the petition within a period of two weeks from today.
