Admittedly, after completion of investigation of present crime i.e. C.R. No.298/2021 registered with Bhosari Police Station, Pimpri-Chinchwad, police have submitted charge-sheet.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner therefore, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to adopt alternate remedy i.e. to file an application for discharge before the Trial Court as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C.

Leave and liberty granted.
