Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on the instructions of the petitioner, who is present in Court, seeks leave to withdraw this petition. He submits that the petitioner will surrender before the trial Court i.e. learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 37th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai, within two weeks from today, after giving notice to the concerned Investigating Officer. He requests that if an application for bail is filed by the petitioner, the trial Court be directed to decide the same as far as possible, on the same day. 2.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. SQ Pathan 1/2

The petitioner to surrender before the trial Court within two weeks from today, after giving notice to the Investigating Officer of his date of surrender. If an application for bail is filed by the petitioner in the Court of the learned Magistrate, the same shall be decided as far as possible on the same day.
