The applicant herein is the first informant in C.C. No. 1317/PW/2009. The charge-sheet has already been filed. The applicant/informant by this application seeks direction for sending certain documents to the Hand-writing Expert. He has not first approached the Trial Court. He shall first approach the Trial Court and move such application through learned APP and if learned APP declines him to file such application, he may prefer such application before the Trial Court.

If such application is filed, the Trial Court is expected to decide the same on its own merits within a period of four weeks from filing of such application.
