DATED : 17th SEPTEMBER 2018 P.C:- The petition is filed through jail seeking orders to initiate Departmental Enquiry against the Investigating Officer. The learned APP, on instructions, points out that the petitioner was arraigned as an accused in the subject FIR and charge-sheet was filed in the Court of competent jurisdiction, pursuant to which petitioner was convicted for 10 years for an offence punishable under Section 376(2)(g) of the IPC. This statement is not disputed by Mr.D'Souza, learned counsel for the petitioner.
