Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the first respondent.

The application filed by the applicants has been dismissed for non prosecution as the applicants have not complied with the conditional order.

In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a)to(c) subject to condition that proper affidavit of service shall be filed

appp651 within a period of three weeks from today. If compliance is not made within a period of three weeks from today, the order of dismissal shall stand. If compliance is made within stipulated time, the Criminal Application No.461 of 2016 shall be listed on 20th September 2016. Adinterim relief granted earlier will continue to operate till the next date.
