The appeal itself, is against order dated 11 March 2011 by which the learned Trial Judge, has granted certain interim reliefs to operate during the pendency of the suit.

Since, the suit was of the year 2010, it is possible that the suit is already disposed of.

In any case, at this point of time, it will be futile to change this status-quo it prevails on account of the interim reliefs granted in the suit. The appellant's also do not appear to be interested in prosecuting this matter. For the aforesaid reasons the Appeal and the Civil Applications therein, are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
