There is no dispute that the certified copy of the Appeal No.54 of 2014 as prayed in prayer clause (b) of the writ petition has been already made available with the petitioner. Insofar as prayer clause (c) is concerned, a perusal of the affidavit in reply filed by the respondent no.6 clearly indicates that the elections to the society has been already held and the committee is functioning as on date by the elected committee members of the society. In my view thus nothing survives in this writ petition and the same is thus dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
