1] By this praecipe, learned counsel for the petitioners seek continuation of interim order dated 28 January 2002 for a period of eight weeks. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the interim order was no longer in operation and as of now, no apartments are vacant. Learned counsel for the petitioners however points out that the petitioners have filed a contempt petition, which is since pending. In such circumstances, the parties are directed to maintain status quo for a period of eight weeks. 2] Praecipe is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. (M. S. SONAK, J.) Chandka 1/1
