Heard the learned counsel for the Though respondent no.2 is duly served, no one appeared on behalf of him when the matter was called out.

This application is preferred by Insurance Company for condonation of 10 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the award dated 7.4.2015 passed by MACT, Pune in MACP No.228 of 2013.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, following order is passed:

"(a) there has been a delay of 10 days in filing the present First Appeal be condoned by the Hon'ble Court on such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper."

B) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
