The matter was argued at length yesterday and was posted for hearing today due to paucity of time. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw the application as this Court is not inclined to consider the prayer made by the applicants. However, considering the nature of allegations, the trial is expedited. It also appears that charge has been framed in the said case. Learned trial Judge shall make an endeavour to conclude the said case as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. Learned counsel for the intervenor states that the complainant and all witnesses will co-operate in the conduct of the trial.

2.

The Bail Application stands disposed of.

3.

In view of disposal of the Bail Application, the Intervention Application does not survive and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
