The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in C.R. No.24 of 2016, registered with Malwani Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 498-A and 406 read with 34 Indian Penal Code.

Applicant no.1 is the mother-in-law, whereas applicants no. 2 and 3 are married sisters-in-law of the complainant. The complainant was married to the son of

Dusane 2/2 aba1393.2016 applicant no.1 on 14th May, 2015. It is out of matrimonial discord that the present complaint came to be lodged. Perused the material available on record. Both the co-accused were arrested and were already released on bail. So far as the applicants are concerned, there is hardly any material to infer any custodial interrogation. Thus, the case is made out for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, in the event of arrest, the applicant be released on P.R. bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The applicants to attend Malwani Police Station as and when called by police.

The applicant not to tamper with the evidence and/ or influence the witnesses in any manner whatsoever. (N.W. SAMBRE, J.)
