This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondents in CR No.I-45/2010 registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Ambarnath, District Thane by the learned Ad-hoc District Judge-2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan in Anticipatory Bail Application No.997/2013 by its order dated 29.5.2015.

The learned APP on instructions fairly submitted that after completion of investigation the police have submitted charge sheet on 25.9.2015 before the Court of Competent jurisdiction.

In view of the decision of this Court in the case of Priyanka Pakvasa vs. Sameer Pakvasa and anr. in Criminal Application No.723/2014 in ABA No.1785/2014 dated 25.1.2016 the present application for cancellation of bail on merits after filing of charge sheet does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
