The learned Counsel for Petitioners states that the order dated 22/09/2014, in the matter of handing over of possession of the suit premises by 24/09/2014, has been complied with. The learned Counsel hands in a copy of the Affidavit filed before the Execution as well as the Appeal Court. The two Affidavits are taken on record. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the present Writ Petition is disposed of after maintaining and accepting the statement of Respondent No.3 as recorded in the order dated 22/09/2014. 3.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
