This application seeks condonation of 572 days delay in filing tis application to set aside the by self operating order dated 7.12.2015 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dismissing the petition for failure to remove office objections.

The Applicant states that at the time when the order dated 7.12.2015 was passed by the Registrar (Judicial) the Applicant was not represented for the reason that his earlier advocate was not keeping well and at that stage hospitalized . Thereafter, the earlier Advocate was Tikam

CAW 2300 of 2017 diagnosed as suffering from cancer and was unable to attend to work. It was only later the applicant realized the same. Thus leading to the change of Advocate.

Thus, the above explanation is found satisfactory to condone the delay as well as for the non-removal of office objections within the prescribed time.

Therefore, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. However, it is made clear that if the office objections are not removed within four weeks from today, the petition will stand dismissed without reference to this Court. (M. S. SANKLECHA,J.) Tikam
