By this application, applicant/original plaintiff is seeking condonation of 14 days delay, in filing first appeal, challenging judgment and decree dated 22.6.2017, passed by Bombay City Civil Court, Dindoshi in suit no.1931/2008.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 3 submits that they have no objection if delay is condoned.

Considering submissions made by learned advocate for applicant and the averments made in application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out a case for allowing this application.
