This is an application for condonation of delay of 274 days in filing the application and seeking permission to amend the petition by bringing on record heirs and legal representatives of original petitioner -Babasaheb Shridhar Bhosale.

For the reasons stated in the

2/2 CAW/2782/2014 application, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Hence the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayers clause (a), (b) and (c) with no order as to costs.

Amendment in the main petition shall be carried out within 14 days from today and amended slip shall be made over to other side.
