CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 2762 OF 2018 1.

Heard the learned Counsel and perused the impugned judgment.

The appeal has filed is with regard to challenge to the quantum of compensation. Considering the nature of evidence on record, the applicant No.1 - mother of the deceased is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.6,00,000/- without furnishing any security. The applicant No.2 - sister of the deceased is permitted

Shridhar Sutar 2 913-caf-2762.18.doc to withdraw an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- without furnishing any security. Both the applicants shall file separate undertaking within a period of eight weeks from today that if the appeal is allowed, the amount so withdrawn shall be deposited with interest at such rate the Court may direct. The remaining amount shall be invested in a fixed deposit.
