1) The learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer who is present in the Court, submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 12/8/2016 the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer on the stipulated dates and has joined the process of investigation. She further, on instructions, submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

2) I have perused the first information report and the

Prima facie it appears that, it is difficult to hold that an offence as contemplated under section 376 and 354 (a) of the Indian Penal Code is made out against the applicant. 3) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by order dated 12/8/2016 is hereby confirmed.

The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
