This application received through Jail is for expeditious hearing of Sessions Case No.46 of 2015 pending in Sessions Court at Dindoshi and in the alternative for releasing the applicant on personal bond for six months. Mr. Agarkar, the learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer states that the trial of the Sessions Case is in progress and now the last three witnesses are to be examined. He also states that the next date of the hearing before the trial Court is 2nd March, 2017. In that circumstance, no order need be passed in the application and the same is accordingly disposed off.
