The Petitioner is seeking relief in respect of appointment of Respondent No.1 which is an appointment under the State Government. The grievance of the Petitioner is to be redressed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal under the Administrative Tribunals Act,1985. The petition is accordingly disposed of to enable the Petitioner to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.
