In view of the above notification, the appeal and all the Applications are transferred to District Court, Baramati. Registrar (Judicial) to take note of the same and do the needful by 9.10.2015. Parties to appear before the District Court, Baramati on 15.10.2015. Interim orders, if any, to continue till then.
