Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the applicant states that he could not attend the Trial Court on 9 June 2021 on account of the lock down. The non-attendance on the said date is hereby condoned. The applicant is said to be a resident of Badlapur. As per condition, he is required to attend the Court in Mumbai once in three months. For the present the prayer for relaxation is hereby refused.

The applicant shall attend the Trial Court on 22 November 2021. The subsequent dates shall be fixed by the Trial Court.
