Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application.

It is made clear that I have not made any observations on the merits of the matter. Needless to mention that the observations of the trial Court are limited for deciding the application for discharge. The trial Court will obviously proceed on its own merits on the basis of the evidence on record without being influenced by any of the observations made therein. The case was registered in the year 2018. The trial Court may consider expediting the trial on the request made by the accused.
