The intervention is founded on the ground that the applicant is presently the Administrator appointed on the Agriculture Produce Market Committee (APMC), Barshi, District-Solapur. The Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, Mr. V.B. Naik has no objection to the application being allowed and the applicant being allowed to intervene in the above Writ Petition No. 2511 of 2017. The Criminal Application is accordingly allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). Amendment to be carried out in the course of the week.
