1) Heard learned counsel for the Applicant. He submitted that due to inadvertence the clause 2 of the Order dated 14th June 2023 could not be complied with. He further submitted that, the delay caused in filing the present Application is unintentional and is caused for the reasons stated in the Application. He on instructions submitted that, if the delay is condoned and the Application is allowed, the Applicant will pay a cost of Rs.2,500/- to the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai.

2) In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, 1/2

sa_mandawgad 37ia2958-23.doc the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (B-1), subject to the payment of cost of Rs.2500/- to be paid to Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai within a period of one week from the date of uploading of the present Order on the official website of this Court. 3) Applicant is directed to remove office objections within a period of one week from the date of payment of cost to Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai.
