The Applicant/Appellant has deposited the entire decretal amount in the MACT, Pune which is in the sum of Rs.17,46,637/-. The adinterim relief was granted to the Applicant/Appellant on the said basis. Since the decretal amount has already been deposited, the said ad-interim relief would have to be confirmed. Hence, there would be interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) which would operate pending the hearing and final disposal of the above First Appeal.
