This is an application for expediting the hearing of the petition on the ground that the petitioner is a senior citizen. The record indicates that the present petition has been admitted by this Court by an order dated 25th June 2019 and interim relief has been granted in favour of the petitioner.

In view thereof, this Court finds no urgency and need to fix a peremptory date of hearing of the present petition. 3.

However, taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is a senior citizen, Registry is directed to place this N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

8-caw-1939-2019 petition on 'Final Hearing Board' as per its own turn in the category of the "Senior Citizens".
