The Petitioners have challenged the order passed by the Scrutiny Committee at Nandurbar. On 10 June 2022, the learned AGP had raised an objection that the petition will have to be filed before the Aurangabad Bench of this Court. The Petitioners were directed to convince the Court regarding territorial jurisdiction. Yet, no action is taken. The matter continues in this Court.

A writ of certiorari is sought and, primarily, the relief is as regards the order passed by the Scrutiny Committee at Nandurbar. Clearly, therefore, the petition ought to have been filed in Aurangabad Bench of this Court. It is only out of indulgence and because the Petitioners are students who should not suffer because of incorrect steps taken by the advocate that we extend the ad-interim order.

While we dispose of the petition permitting the Petitioner to file writ petition in the Aurangabad Bench of this Court, we extend the ad-interim relief for a period of three weeks. 4.
