The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that Appeal No. 19 of 2010 had proceeded only against present respondent no. 1, who is the contesting party and against other respondents it was decided exparte and respondent nos. 9(1) and 11 were deleted. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that there is a delay of only one day. 3.
The learned counsel for respondent no. 1 submitted that copy of the Application is not served on him.
