The Learned Counsel for the petitioners, states that the chargesheet has been filed and therefore seeks leave to amend. The offences comprised in the FIR are the ones under Section 498A, 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is therefore not possible for this

Hence, no relief can be granted to the petitioners in the above writ petition. However, the statutory remedies of the petitioners are kept open for being invoked at the appropriate time. With the observations as aforestated, the writ petition is disposed of.
