He is allowed to withdraw the said notice. Consequently, nothing survives in the Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off. A copy of our Order dated 4th October, 2021 and the Order dated 5th October, 2021 passed in Writ Petition No.10447 of 2021 by the Aurangabad Bench of this Court, be forwarded to all the Tahsildars by the OfÏce of the Government Pleader.
