The report reveals that the dispute between the parties is settled amicably in terms of the compromise dated 28th January, 2015 The compromise terms dated 28th January, 2015 are annexed to the report. Learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties state that the matter is settled amicably as per the consent terms.
