The prosecution case is, the applicant-Sahebrao was working as Headmaster / Principal, whereas co-accused Ravi was
2/3 working as Superintendent in an Ashram School, where deceased was working as a Cook.

The prosecution case is, because of ill-treatment meeted out by the applicants in the capacity of superiors, the cook, husband of the complainant committed suicide in the school. 4.
Applicant, Sahebrao was arrested on 9th June, 2021, whereas Ravi was on 17th June, 2021. The applicants were subjected to custodial interrogation. The charge-sheet in the matter is already filed. 5.
There are no criminal antecedents. It cannot be prima facie inferred from the record that because of conduct of the applicants, it was within their knowledge that the deceased likely to commit suicide. The applicants are public servants, as such are very much available for prosecution.

In the aforesaid background, in my opinion, a case for grant of bail is made out. The applications are allowed on following conditions :

O R D E R
(i) The applicants be released on bail in Crime No. 100 of 2020, registered with Mokhada Police Station, for the offence punishable under Section 306 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.
(ii) The applicants shall neither influence the prosecution witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence. ( NITIN W. SAMBRE, J. )
